The complete amount consisting of rental period and deposit needs to be paid in cash or with credit card upon delivery of the car.
It is also possible to transfer the amount on our bank account.
Note: Don’t forget to add the invoice number in the payment note. (Only for online money transfer)
It is not possible to pay the rent in cash with euro’s.
We do accept guilders and dollars in cash for rental payment.

Pick-Up and return of rental cars
We deliver the car to your vacation address by default.
This is FREE for center Willemstad area. (within range)
For delivery at the airport or at a further location in the west area there is a small delivery fee of $20
If you desired you can also pick-up your rented vehicle at our office (please let us know so we can be there).
In most cases the car will be returned at the same place where we delivered the car.
In case you want to return the car at a different location at the end of your rental period, please inform us
Yes, it is possible to pick-up your car at Hato Airport for $20
Please select this option during the reservation process.
We are able to deliver your car at the west-side of the island (Banda Bou).
For instance: Kunuku AquaResort, Coral Estate, St Willibrordus.
However we will charge a small fee of $20 for delivery and pick-up in this area.
We try to deliver your rented vehicle around your requested time on the reservation form.
We also work on Sundays and holidays. This means you are able to rent a car 365 days per year.
Have in mind that our service and way of work is not the usual concept of an office, unexpected traffic can cause delayed delivery or pick-up.
If there is any change in the delivery time, please inform us.

You have to be at least 18 years old. In possession of a B-Drivers license.

It is possible to make your reservation even one year in advance.
In case of last minute reservations within 24 hours, we advise you to also contact us via WhatsApp or Telephone.
The sooner you make your reservation, the more choices you have.
We reserve your rental car for the indicated period on our reservation form.
It is possible to extend your rental period if the selected car is still available.
If this is not the case, we are happy to extend your rental period with one of our other car options available
When renting a car at RW Rental, all kilometers are free of charge.
This means no unexpected additional costs.
